I believe that we all face challenges throughout life that offer opportunities for growth. Sometimes challenges can feel overwhelming and difficult to move through. I believe we are very much like the dragonfly, having the ability to learn new ways to cope and manage stressful situations. Like the dragonfly, we can transform and change our lives in ways that provide security, growth, and fulfillment. We have the strength we need to add meaning and purpose to our lives. I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience in various mental health settings focusing on supporting adults ages 18+ with managing mental illness and life stressors. I am dedicated in supporting you where you are. It's my honor to help you gain a new awareness or perspective on your challenges. I have a passion for helping and healing. At this time I am actively working to panel with various insurance plans. If your insurance is not listed below as one that I am currently paneled with I am able to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
